Non Smoking Policy

Arpaiu is a non-smoking establishment. The ban is in place on smoking in all rooms and common facilities.

RATES/POLICY:

High season:

from 15 March to 31 October and from 1 December to 9 January

 

Low season:

from 1 November to 30 November and from 10 January to 14 March

 

The price includes: overnight stay, inclusive of italian tax (IVA) 10%, bathroom linen change every 3 days, bed linen change every 4 days, daily room cleaning, Wi-Fi/wireless LAN

 

NOT INCLUDED: city tax € 2.00 per person per night

arpaiu  has a non-smoking policy in all rooms and public areas.

All major credit card are accept. NO CHILDREN UNDER 10 YEARS OLD ARE ALLOWED. No pets are allowed.

Arrivals/departures: Guest may check-in from 11.30am onwards eventually using electronic code provided ahead. Check-out must occur by 10.00am.

 

Reservation terms: 

unless otherwise agreed between the parties, at the time of booking, the customer shall pay to the operator  the price of the stay. For bookings that require a non-refundable prepayment, the transaction will take place simultaneously to the upload of the reservation in the management system. The hotel will consider the booking confirmed once the transaction occurred.For reservations via E-mail with payment by bank transfer or money order, the reservation is considered confirmed by sending proof of payment via E-mail .

IMPORTANT: your BOOKING HAS TO BE INTENDED “CONFIRMED” ONLY ONCE YOU RECEIVE OUR CONFIRMATION MESSAGE, SO WOULD YOU PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS OR YOUR OTA EXTRANET (BOOKING/ EXPEDIA ETC). WE RESERVE THE RIGHT NOT TO ACCEPT BOOKING SHEETS WITHOUT OUR FINAL CONFIRMATION MESSAGE.

 

Cancellation terms:

Standard rates:

  • Cancellations received within 60 days of arrival: no penalty;
  • Cancellations received from 59th to the arrival  day: a charge of 100% of the total booked;

N.B. Cancellation must be notified via e-mail, phone cancellations are not considered valid.

 

Not refundable rates:

  • Cancellation anytime always subject to a charge of 100% of the total booked

 

Extra Services

If extra services are purchased (eg excursions, transport etc.), even if paid in a single transaction, each service is headed by the specific conditions of contract and cancellation communicated upon confirmation.
